Why is treatment so expensive?
As you know, every treatment and client is different so we will give individual quotations depending on the case complexity. However, we recognise that it helps you to be able to give 'ballpark' figures.
Implants
A single Nobelbiocare implant on preformed abutment in a non-aesthetically sensitive area may be as little as £1600, but £2000 is typical and our strong preference is to use screw retained or customised CADCAM abutments which tend to increase the cost by a further £200 or so.
For example:
If we need to use Bioss and a resorbable membrane add £375
Sinus grafting is £600-800.
In the anterior zone we generally need provisional crowns for tissue stability, screw retention or custom abutment are preferred. The cost typically rises to £2400. Additional temporisation, such as a resin-retained bridge, may also be needed during implant healing.
For implant retained bridgework in posterior segments allow £1800 per fixture and an additional £300 per pontic.
Anterior bridges are more demanding. Allow an additional £100-200 per unit.
Diagnostic implant retained bridgework is generally £150-300 per unit depending on the necessary soft tissue development.
All-on-4 bridgework is usually £12,950 fully inclusive. Simple cases and lower arch may be a little cheaper.
A lower overdenture with locator abutments is typically £3500.
Modification of an existing denture and fitting 2 fixtures is typically £2500.
Crown and Bridgework
A single anterior metal free crown is £400-500.
Simple bridgework is £300-500 per unit.
Full mouth rehabilitation varies widely.
Veneers range from £1600 for four incisors to £3500 for ten uppers, though complex cases may be more. Tooth whitening and gingival correction may also be needed.

Payment is required on the day of your treatment and we will need a deposit for laboratory and implant treatments.
